Edible Arrangements

"I should have listened to all the bad reviews. I never had a problem with edible arrangement in my life until the system automatically pick the Dykeman Avenue location. Since we are North Riverdale, we normally would be matched to a store in Westchester County but this time the Dykeman Avenue store was chosen. We received rotten strawberries, most of which was covered with chocolate. When we bit into the strawberries, they tasted rotten and foul. Also, you would think that the delivery person would have brought the fruit up to the apartment for a tip, but instead left it with the doorman in the lobby. The arrangement look like it tipped over several times in the car. Obviously, we filed a complaint with our credit card company. However, to our surprise, edible arrangement decided to fight three months later, and the charge was overturned. We came back with more pictures and eventually we had to charge removed from my credit card account. I will never ever use this Dykeman store. You’ve been warned the reviews are very real. Please avoid the store"

"I placed an order on the Edible Arrangement app today for a fruit delivery and it was forwarded to be fulfilled at this location. I looked the store up and noticed their rating was low and the reviews were quite awful. Of course, I panicked and thought, oh no I better cancel it. But despite the negative reviews, I gave this location a chance. I must say, my experience was excellent from start to finish! The fruit was incredibly fresh, beautifully arranged and tasted as good as it looked. The store associate Sonia was friendly, helpful, and kind throughout the entire process. She ensured me that my order would be fresh and arrive safely. Her communication was outstanding—she kept me informed about my order and delivery every step of the way. Everything arrived on time and exceeded my expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again and highly recommend giving them a try!"

"$150 for this? I got suckered into buying this for myself for my bday on Instagram and this is how it came. The driver is on a bike in hot weather and he said they refused to give him a bag. So how is a guy on a bike gonna get it here?! Called multiple times no answer! If I dont get a phone call back I will be doing a charge back. #Trash!!!"

"I was hesitant due to all the bad reviews but I’m glad I went with my gut because I had an amazing experience, the delivery was on time and strawberries were fresh. Very happy with the service and quality. The lady at the store was very pleasant over the phone as well. Will definitely shop here again!"

"I would give this zero stars if I were able to do so. I live in another state and ordered through the edible arrangement website to make a delivery for a family member in New York. The website was not allowing me to order both balloons and cookies to be delivered to the same person at the same address and kept wanting to charge me separately. I went ahead and placed the orders and on the day it was supposed to be delivered (6/2/26), I received a call from someone at the store stating that the cookies I ordered are not available. Why would they allow me to purchase the cookies if they don’t sell the cookies? I was driving to work and could not access the website and was told by the lady at the store that she would substitute with a fruit bouquet. That same afternoon, around 12:30, I received an email for each order stating that they both had been successfully delivered. A few hours later, close to 3 PM, I received another email saying they had attempted delivery and needed to try again. I immediately reached out to my family member to see if they were out of the office that day and were told, that no, they had been there all day. So, I called the store directly, and it went straight to voicemail. I did not receive a call back that day or since. I’ve left another voicemail as well as filled out the online customer service request form three times since Tuesday and have received no response from anyone in the company or the individual store. I have not been refunded my money in my family. Member has not received either of the orders. This is the most inept customer service I’ve dealt with and being out of state, I can’t physically go to the store to get someone in person to talk to me. I’m incredibly disappointed that they won’t at least reach out to me and try to explain what is going on."
